1. Copyright

All materials published on this site (texts, photographs, graphics, design) are the property of Via Bacovia , except in cases where another author is expressly specified. They are protected by copyright and intellectual property legislation.

2. Content Provided by Other Authors

The materials (articles, photos, opinions) provided by collaborators or other authors belong to them by right. By publishing on viabacovia.ro, the authors grant the Via Bacovia platform an indefinite and unlimited right of publication in order to fulfill the project’s goals: tourism promotion, presentation of places of interest, history, creation and presentation of tourist routes and other related activities.

3. Use of Routes and Associated Files

All files associated with the routes (maps, GPX/KML files, PDF guides, etc.) are subject to copyright.

  • Personal Use: Downloading these files is permitted solely for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Restrictions: It is not permitted to download, redistribute or publish these files on other platforms without the prior written consent of Via Bacovia and without clearly specifying the source.

4. Retrieval of Content

The full or partial downloading of content from the viabacovia.ro website can only be done with the express permission of the copyright holder.

Social Media Exception: Sharing links to articles on the site on social media is permitted and encouraged. In these sharings, quotes from the text of a maximum of 200 words may be used , provided that the author is specified and a direct link to the source is included.
